The Podcast

Turns out there’s a lot of science, stigma, and societal baggage to unpack when it comes to female solo-sexuality. Our all-new podcast covered everything from history, to biology, to finding the lube you need (and why, yes, you need it).

We wrote, recorded, and edited six episodes with our host and a suite of guest contributors. Each installment also contains a guided hands-on practice styled like an audio meditation.

Spreading the Word

The podcast was launched for Valentine’s Day 2021, when many would be facing the holiday alone thanks to social distancing. Instead of February’s fixation on coupled love, we made loving yourself the reason for the season.
